Changes from Super Smash Bros. 4
Mewtwo received a mix of buffs and nerfs in the transition from Smash 4 to Ultimate. Some of its moves have improved range and hitbox placements, such as forward tilt, up tilt, back aerial and forward aerial, and its throws are slightly stronger; however, some of its attacks, such as neutral aerial, back aerial and Shadow Ball are weaker and it can no longer use Confusion to mix up its recovery.
Rayquaza is a new beef. he is a new fighter.

Each round, through its psychic powers, Mewtwo controls previous opponents to use as teammates in future rounds; these teammates typically represent characters that have been possessed in their home series. Each round uses a track taken from the universe fought in the previous round.
