Rosalina & Luma (ロゼッタ&チコ, Rosetta & Chiko) are playable characters in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, controlled as one. This time, the duo is an unlockable character.

Changes from Super Smash Bros. 4

Aesthetics

  • Change As with all veterans returning from SSB4, Rosalina's model features a more subdued color scheme. Her gown now features simple textile detailing. Her model and textures otherwise appear unchanged.
  • Change Luma now has a Star KO.
  • Change During Power Star, an outer space backdrop temporarily appears.

Attributes

  • Buff Rosalina's shield now covers Luma as well. [1]

Aerial attacks

  • Change Rosalina has a new neutral aerial: she spins her wand around herself.

Special Moves

  • Change Gravitational Pull can now equip items instead of only pulling them in.
  • Buff Power Star pulls opponents in towards the multi-hitting star, making it more effective as a damage dealing attack. The Power Star itself also covers more area.
