Piranha Plant is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It was confirmed as a playable character on November 1, 2018. It is the first DLC character (though it is not part of the Fighter Pass) available and will be free if the game is purchased and registered with My Nintendo by January 31, 2019.
