The Flame Chomp is an enemy introduced in ''Super Mario Bros. 3''. It behaves mostly like its ''Smash'' version: it floats in the sky and shoots fireballs at [[Mario]]. After shooting four fireballs it becomes faster and starts flashing, exploding after a short while.
The Flame Chomp made its debut as a recurring enemy in ''{{s|mariowiki|Super Mario Bros.3}}'', and has become a recurring enemy in later ''Mario'' games. They are flying metallic spheres with angry eyes, shark-tooth smiles, and are often trailed by four fireballs.

Flame Chomps (ケロンパ, Keronpa), also known as Fire Chomps, are enemies from the Mario series.
