Joker (ジョーカー, Joker) is a future playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. He was announced at The Game Awards 2018 on December 6th, 2018 as the first playable character for the Fighters Pass DLC. Xander Mobus, who voices Joker in Persona 5 and the announcer in Ultimate, reprises his role as the character in the English version of the game.

Trivia

• Joker is the first selectable character in the series to share their voice actor with the announcer. While Master Hand is playable in Adventure Mode: World of Light, he is not able to be selected from the roster, and the Master Hand in Super Smash Bros. Melee can only be selected through the Name Entry glitch.
