When used, Diddy Kong activates a silver updated variation of his Rocketbarrel Pack, multiplys himself and dashes across the screen in multiple directions, dealing damage to whoever he hits. Sometimes, he targets a certain opponent and charges at them. After a while, he will trap the opponent that has taken the most damage, and unleash one powerful hit that launches the trapped opponent, he will also hit nearby opponents as well. After this last attack, he descends back to his original position with his Rocketbarrel Pack, which explodes once deactivated before he touches the ground. The explosive deactivation can damage nearby opponents. In the event that two fighters have accumulated the same damage, the target will be whoever took damage first, or whoever was caught and damaged or hit above in the beginning by Diddy Kong right when he blasted off. Sometimes, if someone is caught and damaged or hit above by Diddy Kong right when he blasts off in the beginning, he will target that opponent and give them the most damage. If Diddy Kong happens to miss the target he was locked on, such as them being invulnerable, he will simply reappear back in his original position.
Much like his up special and previous Final Smash, this attack takes inspiration from the rocketbarrel jetpack power-up from Donkey Kong 64, where Diddy could use the jetpack to fly around in midair.
