Darkness Illusion (ダークネスイリュージョン, Darkness Illusion) is Meta Knight's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It replaces Galaxia Darkness from Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. 4.
Overview
When activated, Meta Knight gains an extra pair of wings, lifts his sword, and summons a lightning bolt that creates a cross-shaped burst. If he traps anyone, he'll then proceed to slice the opponent at multiple angles, similar to Great Aether, finishing with a final hit that launches the opponent sideways.

- Darkness Illusion bears a resemblance to Capcom-produced fighting game Darkstalker's Morrigan Aensland's own attack of the same name. Both involve launching the opponent upwards, assaulting them with a clone, then sending them away in a final blow.
