Wii Fit is the Wii Fit Trainer's Final Smash. The attack's range is similar to the Mario Finale, as Wii Fit Trainer produces a wave of colourful humans in training poses. These will inflict damage, while holding characters in place. Once Wii Fit ends, the characters will be blasted away.
Origin
The move is derived from the various poses that the trainers and players are required to stretch during gameplay of the Wii Fit series.
