The Rolling Crate is an item in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It is similar to a Crate with wheels on the bottom, allowing it to roll down hills. Like Crates and Barrels, Rolling Crates will change their appearance based on the stage they're in. Characters can ride atop them, even while in motion.

Rolling Crates have their own trophy apart from normal Crates. They can be made to appear in training mode and can be rode on. Hitting one makes it move. One can even hit a box that they are on to make it move while riding it. They behave like a Pass-through platform, so if you tap down on a moving Rolling Crate, you will take damage.
