Trivia
- The banner is based on the character selection screen of Melee, with the characters being posed similarly to their Melee renders.
- Sheik is the only character playable in this event who does not appear in the banner, reflecting how she shared a character slot with Zelda.
- The Smash Ball is the only item available in the tournament not to be present in Melee.
- Likewise, the Fan, Red Shell, Barrel Cannon, Cloaking Device, Flipper, and Parasol are the only items from Melee to not appear, due to the fact that they are not present in Ultimate.
- Despite the fact that no fighters or stages from Smash 64 are available for the event, items from the aforementioned game are available for the event. A similar situation also happens in Brawl Veterans Represent! and Free Four All.
- Despite Melee being the first installment to have a selectable Final Destination stage, Final Destination is not available for the event.
