Reshiram (レシラム, Reshiram) is a Pokémon originating in Pokémon Black and White Version, and the version mascot of Pokémon Black.
In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS
Reshiram is one of the two Legendary Pokémon that can appear on the Unova Pokémon League stage. When it appears, Reshiram will start fires across the stage, either to one side or the center, damaging fighters.

Origin
Reshiram is a Dragon/Fire Legendary Pokémon. It is the game mascot of Pokémon Black, and, along with Zekrom and Kyurem, it is a member of the Tao trio, which exists in the legends of the Unova region.
Fusion Flare is a special Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. It has 100 base power and 100% accuracy. The base power of Fusion Flare will double if another Pokémon uses Fusion Bolt immediately before the Pokémon using Fusion Flare, but only during that use. Likewise, it will double the power of Fusion Bolt if Fusion Flare is used immediately before the Pokémon using Fusion Bolt, during that use. It is one of Reshiram's and White Kyurem's signature moves.
