Maister, who had also showed them his passport when asked, was further denied entry by the staff and supervisor, before later being kicked out of the property by the supervisor under threat of police action.[1]

The incident sparked outrage among the community, with accusations that the Muckleshoot Casino barring Maister's entry was racially motivated. Following the tournament, Port Priority tournament organizers refunded Maister and cut ties with Muckleshoot Casino.[2]

  • Justice became the first Min Min player other than ProtoBanham and Dabuz (and first solo Min Min) to make Top 8 at an Ultimate major.
    • He is also the first player from the Pacific Northwest to make Top 8 at an Ultimate Port Priority.
  • Tweek tied MKLeo and Zackray's records for longest Loser's run at an Ultimate major while still winning the tournament, winning 11 sets after losing to Chronos in Top 64.
    • This is also the first major Tweek has won in any Smash game when entering Grand Finals from Loser's side.
