Chespin (ハリマロン, Harimaron) is a fictional creature from the Pokémon series. It appears in Super Smash Bros. 4 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a Poké Ball Pokémon.
Origin
Chespin, along with Fennekin and Froakie, first appeared in Pokémon X and Y as a starter Pokémon of the Kalos Region (#650 in the National Dex). It is a Grass-type Pokémon that evolves into Quilladin starting at level 16, which evolves into Chesnaught starting at level 36.
Seed Bomb is a Grass-type physical move with 80 base power, 100% accuracy and no extra effects. Chespin is able to learn it by leveling up.
In Super Smash Bros. 4
