Arceus (アルセウス, Aruseusu) is a fictional creature from the Pokémon series. Arceus has been confirmed to appear as a Poké Ball summon. When summoned, it produces a large shockwave that acts as a powerful long-range meteor smash.
Origin
Arceus was introduced in Generation IV, but could not be obtained through regular gameplay, and thus the only way to have obtained it was through events. It is a Normal-type Pokémon (#493 in the National Pokédex), and is considered the master of the Creation and Lake Trios of the Pokémon universe. It is capable of changing its typing through equipping special Plates, with all types other than Arceus's own having a plate that represents them.
