Trivia[edit]

  • Though Xenoblade Chronicles X is represented in Ultimate by several spirits, no music tracks from the game appear in the soundtrack.
  • Songs from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 are owned by the composers of the tracks, rather than the owner of the IP. This trait is shared with the music from the first two Sonic the Hedgehog games, the Dragon Quest series, the Culdcept series, Soma Bringer, and Style Savvy: Styling Star.
  • So far, not counting the Other music category, Xenoblade Chronicles, Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy are the only base game universes to receive additional songs via downloadable content.
    • Unlike Fire Emblem and similarly to Final Fantasy, the 3 songs from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 included in the base game are not listed before all of the DLC songs; rather, they were repositioned in the relative order that the songs would be heard in said game.
  • For unknown reasons, all Xenoblade Chronicles 2 soundtracks available before DLC play at a lower volume than all other tracks.
  • Drifting Soul (Violin Version) and the original version of Counterattack appear during Pyra and Mythra's reveal trailer, but do not appear in-game.
