Origin[edit]
This track is a remix of the music that plays during hula hoop minigames in Wii Fit, though the song name is changed to "Super Hoop" likely due to the Hula Hoop name being a registered trademark of Wham-O. The instrumentation is acoustic and piano-focused, very similar to the original, but the remix also features a more energetic rhythm and a new trumpet part. It was later given the official title "Hoop Dance" on Nintendo Music.

This track is a remix of the music that plays during the Free Mode of the Skateboard Arena minigame from Wii Fit Plus, along with the "Aerobics/Balance Start 1" theme and "Aerobics/Balance Results" theme from the Wii Fit series, with the latter featuring the game's leitmotif. The instrumentation and arrangement are very similar to the original, being an upbeat synth rock tune.

This is a remix of various tracks from Wii Fit Plus, including "Obstacle Course", "Rhythm Parade" (the beginning portion present at both the "Beginner" and "Advanced" versions), "Perfect 10", and "Snowball Fight". This is a remix of the Training Menu theme from Wii Fit U, which by itself is an arrangement of the "Main Menu" theme from Wii Fit. Compared to the original's light bossa nova beat, the remix has a much more uptempo rhythm with a drum-and-bass-heavy style.
