This track is an orchestral, brass-focused medley of various themes from Wii Fit, using the menu theme as its basis. Other songs in the medley include Advanced Step, User Settings, and Rhythm Boxing.

This track is a remix of the music that plays during hula hoop minigames in Wii Fit. The instrumentation is acoustic and piano-focused, very similar to the original, but the remix also features a more energetic rhythm and a new trumpet part.
