Wizzrobe is notorious for his frequent long startups before matches. It usually takes minutes for him to prepare himself before starting the match. People have criticized this as stalling, and accused him of attempting to "ice out" his opponents. Wizzrobe has responded by stating that it helps him mentally due to his ADD.
Wizzrobe humorously stated after losing to Hungrybox at Smash Rivalries that he would continue to exist as a human further into infinity.
This tweet led to the creation of the twitter parody account ExistentialWizz.
Wizzrobe is the first (and so far, only) person to place top 8 for both Ultimate and Melee in the same major tournament, doing so at Smash 'N' Splash 5.
Wizzrobe is the first Captain Falcon main to have won a major tournament since Isai at MOAST 3, doing so at Smash 'N' Splash 5.
Ironically, despite widely being considered the best Captain Falcon player in the world, he tends to struggle in the ditto match against other top Captain Falcon players, with known examples of this being his loss against S2J at Get On My Level 2019 and Gahtzu at CEO 2019.
