Inkafest 3 was a Super Smash Bros. major held in La Molina, Lima, Peru on January 22nd-25th, 2026.
Tournament summary[edit]
In addition to Peru's best players, this tournament featured top international competitors including Isai, Wizzrobe, and Josh Brody from the United States; JaimeHR from Mexico; Nax from Chile; and Kurabba and kix from Japan. It also marked the return of Gerson, as well as Alvin, entering his first tournament since 2023 following his retirement after Inkafest 2.
After being knocked into Losers by Nax, Gerson would be eliminated at 9th by Legend@rito, marking the second time Gerson has placed outside top 4 at a singles event. In Winners Final, Nax would defeat Isai 3-1 in the Pikachu mirror, before narrowly defeating Kurabba 3-2 in Winners Final.
In Losers, Isai, who had been using Pikachu throughout the tournament, used Kirby to 3-1 Alvin and 3-0 Wizzrobe, but would switch to Fox to fight Kurabba, who soundly 3-0'd him. In Grand Finals, Kurabba continued his momentum by defeating Nax 3-0 to reset the bracket. After Nax lost the first game of Grand Finals Reset, he switched from Pikachu to Kirby, but this proved unsuccessful. On Nax's last stock in game 3, Kurabba used Yoshi's double jump armor to break Nax's up tilt combo and counter with a neutral air, sending Nax offstage. During his recovery, Nax self-destructed by using Final Cutter too low below the ledge where Kurabba was waiting, giving Kurabba another 3-0 set win and another Inkafest victory.
