Towtow (タウタウ, Towtow) is a more powerful enemy that appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Adventure Mode: The Subspace Emissary and first appears at the Sea of Clouds. Usually, Towtows are found fast asleep while bearing a peaceful expression on their face. However, after being awakened from this defenseless state by attacks or other noises, Towtows take on a more fearsome look, and will constantly charge at any nearby fighter whilst emitting electricity from their bodies, and also attack by biting. If an awakened Towtow is left alone, it will return to its slumber. Towtows are programmed to wake up whenever the ground is triggered to shake while a Towtow is present, including defeating enemies, bouncing off surfaces in knockback, and certain moves and actions.

Enemy description[edit]

Towtows appear as ram-like creatures with long, purple wool, with a loose tuft of it on their foreheads that is styled into a swirl, and a simple sleepy expression. When disturbed, their skin turns red as their faces bear furious-looking yellow eyes and wide, sharp tooth-filled mouths.

Towtow
NTSC A giant, ramlike enemy and member of the Subspace Army. A Towtow looks adorable while sleeping, but when it's awakened, its angelic face changes dramatically. The features turn to demonic nastiness, and the Towtow's body turns bright red as it readies to ram you. Perhaps a result of its tantrum-hindered fashion sense, the Towtow sports a pompadour when angry.
