Maesuma'LANDMARK 6 was Super Smash Bros. Ultimate superregional held in Hirakata, Osaka, Kansai on June 21st, 2025. The event featured a new format: though the event overall is double-elimination, players who are eliminated in Top 24 but prior to Top 8 will be sent into round robin brackets, where they will compete against players who were eliminated in the same round. Players who tied for 17th will be split into two different round robin brackets, and upon both brackets' completion, the players who placed the same in their respective round robin brackets will then fight each other to determine their final placement at the event. For players who tied for 9th and 13th, whatever placement they received in their round robin bracket will determine their final placement at the event. For players in the top 8 but prior to top 4, those that tied for 5th and 7th will fight each other in a single elimination match to determine their final placement at the event. Top 4 runs normally, due to each elimination being a unique placement.
