Three Cheers for 35 Years! is an Event Tourney based around The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Kid Icarus, Castlevania and Dragon Quest series, all of which commemerate their 35th anniversary in 2021. It will run from 6 a.m. on May 28, 2021 to 6 a.m. on May 31, 2021 (UTC). During the event, only characters and stages and items from the five series can be used.

This tournament features fighters, stages, and items from these series. The further you advance, the better the spirit you'll win.

Trivia

• This is the second Event Tourney to be based around The Legend of Zelda, following Triforce Tryouts.
• Yggdrasil's Altar is not avaliable in the tourney, making Dragon Quest the only series in the tourney to have no item or stage representation.
