Spewpa (コフーライ, Kofuurai) is a fictional creature from the Pokémon series.

In Super Smash Bros. 4

Spewpa appears as a Poké Ball summon. It remains immobile, but when hit releases a cloud of Stun Spore which temporarily paralyzes any opponent caught in it. It does not affect its summoner.

Origin

Spewpa is a Bug-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI, found in the wild as its pre-evolution Scatterbug early on or occasionally in the Berry fields if pink Berries are growing. It evolves from Scatterbug at level 9, and evolves into Vivillon at level 12. Together they are the only Bug types introduced in Generation VI (excluding Mega Evolutions).

Stun Spore is a move in the Pokémon games: it causes Paralysis on a single target, but has only 75% accuracy. Spewpa does not learn it naturally, but it can be carried over from its prior evolution which learns it at level 6 or by breeding.
