Trivia

• The sprite for the Masked Man spirit was cropped from a piece of fan art and features three erroneously placed pixels.
  • Also of note is that Masked Man is not the character's name in the original Japanese version of Mother 3, instead he was called Masked Boy. Masked Man is an unofficial name used in Clyde Mandelin's fan translation.
