- Prior to the version 1.1.0 update, Carmilla was ordered between Gabriel Belmont and Medusa Head rather than between Death and Werewolf.
- The artwork for Dracula's spirit is slightly altered from its original appearance, removing all traces of blood. This was likely done to avoid raising the game's age rating, as Castlevania: Symphony of the Night has a higher age rating than Ultimate in all regions.
- The artwork for Trevor C. Belmont still has the blood staining his axe in his artwork, likely left in as an oversight.
- Prior to the version 2.0.0 update, the Soma Cruz spirit had a power of 12716 at level 99 and had 2 slots. Its power was reduced and it was given an extra slot.[1]
