Honduras is a Smash region that encompasses the country of the same name. It borders Guatemala to the west and both El Salvador and Nicaragua to the south. Tournament activity primarily takes place in the capital city of Tegucigalpa, though many other cities also have notable scenes, most notably San Pedro Sula.

Though lacking a consistent representative at higher levels of competitive play, Honduras is still considered one of the strongest Smash scenes in Central America, especially since the start of Ultimate. One of their earliest notable players was Yuka!, who attended several events in the United States in the early metagame. The region received greater recognition in the post-pandemic metagame, where players such as Ed^ and Echofire would succeed at events both in and outside of Honduras. Most notably, BigFred became the first and only Honduran player recognized by the LumiRank, though he was only ranked as an honorable mention on the LumiRank 2023. As such, though they were often been overlooked by some of its neighboring regions, Honduras has fostered a noteworthy and large playerbase in Central America, with its largest events of the year regularly surpassing 100 entrants.
