Political map of Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia (KSA) is a Middle Eastern Smash region that encompasses the namesake country. The region features thirteen provinces: Asir Province, Al-Baha Province, Al-Jouf Province, Al-Qassim Province, Eastern Province, Ḥa'il Province, Jazan Province, Mecca Province, Mecca Province, Medina Province, Najran Province, Northern Borders Province, Riyadh Province, and Tabuk Province. Due to the region's large geographical size, there are numerous individual Smash scenes across the region: the largest is located in the Riyadh Province, home of the organization Riyadh Smashers, while notable scenes also exist in the Mecca Province (specifically Jeddah), the Eastern Province (specifically Dammam), and the Medinah Province.

The region notably shares a border with many prominent Middle Eastern regions, bordering Qatar and the United Arab Emirates to the east and Kuwait to the north, in addition to sharing a maritime border with Bahrain. As such, it is considered the center of Smash in the Middle East, with many players from around the Middle East competing in Saudi Arabian events. Riyadh especially is considered one of the largest Smash scenes in the Middle East, particularly in Ultimate, as it is home to some of the most prestigious tournament series in the greater region, including Riyadh Smashers and Desert Knights; the latter especially is an annual invitational series that features the greatest Middle Eastern players in Smash 4 and Ultimate. In addition, the region is often the home to the best players in the Middle East. In Smash 4, moom was considered the greater region's best player, while in Ultimate, eMass and Zozef were both considered the greater region's best players at different points in time. eMass especially became the first Middle Eastern player to be ranked globally, doing so in 2021 and 2022 due to his performances in Europe. As a result of their size and skill level, Saudi Arabia is considered one of the strongest Middle Eastern regions in Smash 4 and the strongest in Ultimate.
