The Bytan is an enemy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Subspace Emissary mode. It multiplies quickly, forcing the player to destroy it quickly before it gets out of hand. The Bytan comes in nine different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, brown, and black.
There are also giant-sized Bytans, which are about four times larger and has roughly three times more health.
No matter their size, though, a Trophy Stand thrown at them will transform them into the same trophy.
