Template:Spoiler The Ancient Minister is, in fact, not the one behind the Subspace Emissary, and is not a boss either. Everytime R.O.B.s are ordered to activate the Subspace Bomb, the Ancient Minister would leave in despair as it watches its comrades fall. At one point, when Samus, Pikachu, Captain Falcon, Olimar, Donkey Kong, and Diddy Kong manage to infiltrate the base where dozens of inactive R.O.B.s and Subspace Bombs are being held, along with a saddened Ancient Minister. A hologram of Ganondorf appears, and he orders the R.O.B.s to activate the bombs. Seeing as how it would annihilate all of them, the Ancient Minister protests and attempts to prevent them from following Ganondorf's orders. Seeing this, Ganondorf orders the R.O.B.s to attack the Ancient Minister, and vanishes. As the big turning point of the game, the Ancient Minister's armor is burned and turns out to be a heroic R.O.B. in disguise and was being manipulated by Ganondorf. [1]
