Help as seen with the Dashboard open.

Help is a dashboard menu item in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. As the name suggests, this menu will provide players with various helpful information such as how to play the game or learning about character specific techniques, or moves.

Selecting this will take you to a sub menu where you can select four different menu items:
