Teddie (クマ, Kuma) is a character that originates from Persona 4.

Origin

Teddie is one of the playable characters in Persona 4, acting like a comical relief. Before joining the player's party, he acts as the player's guide and a support.

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Teddie appears as a DLC Mii Costume hat. Also, when the Mementos stage is using its Persona 4 design due to music from that game playing, Teddie makes a small cameo on a screen, being shown dancing inside a TV; this is based on the loading screens of Persona 4.
