Skarmory (エアームド, Eāmudo, Airmd in Japanese language versions) is a fictional creature in the Pokémon media franchise.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl

As a stage element

Skarmory is a Pokémon that appears in the background of the Pokémon Stadium 2 stage on the Flying Type form of the stage. It is unclear if its presence is purely cosmetic or if it affects gameplay during matches.

As a trophy

Skarmory also appears as a collectible trophy in Brawl.

Skarmory:
An Armor Bird Pokemon with a steel-hard body and wings. It flies at speeds up to 186 miles per hour and slices enemies with sharp steel wings that grow dull over time. It grows new wings once a year, which regain their original sharpness. It's said that people used to use fallen wings for swords and knives. It can fly so quickly and freely because it has light, hollow bones.
