Low Tier City 4 (LTC4) was the fourth edition of the Low Tier City tournament series, which took place on June 18th-19th, 2016. This was the second year that LTC was held at the Let's Play Gaming Expo. It was streamed by Tourney Locator and Project M Central. All singles events had a $1250 pot bonuses each. It was the sixth event in the 2016 Project M Championship Circuit.
