Lip's Stick

Lip's Stick.

Lip's Stick is a very unique item in both SSBM and SSBB that, when used to hit an opponent, causes a flower grow on a the character's head. The harder a character is hit, the bigger and longer the flower stays on his or her head. It is possible to make the flower fall off if the player with said flower smashes the control stick back and forth. It originates from Panel De Pon. When used in a side or smash attack, it will spray dust a short distance which has the same effect as if the character were hit physically by Lip's Stick. Once the dust runs out, the Lip's Stick will only create very small flowers, even with repeated hits.

• Does about 3% damage every second when the flower grown on your head.
• When A is tapped, it does between 2-4% damage.
• When fully charged, it does between 13-22% damage.
• When dropped, it does 5-9% damage.
• When thrown at the opponent, it does between 13% damage.
