==Playstyle==
Zomba is known for his high aggression with a large cast of characters that he chooses. With R.O.B., he is able to use some of R.O.B.'s best aerials, specials and tilts to win neutral, as well as waiting for the right opportunity to punish his opponent in neutral with a lot of unexpected options to take stocks quickly. He is also known for counterpicking a lot of his opponents with different characters to gain matchup experience with a certain character or to cover a lot of bad matchups R.O.B. has, mainly going Lucina, Link, Cloud, or Joker.
 
Zomba is also, however, known to become frustrated in unfavorable matchups or after [[gimp]] losses. This results in a deterioration of his playstyle, often leading to a set loss even if he took a lead at first.

Zomba is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate R.O.B. player from Staten Island, New York. He is considered the best R.O.B. player in the world, and one of the best players in the United States. He is also known for having proficiency with a wide range of characters such as Lucina. He is currently ranked 1st on both the Staten Island Ultimate Power Rankings and the New York City Ultimate Power Rankings, 11th on the OrionRank 2022 North America, and 15th on the LumiRank 2023; he was also formerly ranked in the Area 51 position on the Wi-Fi Warrior Rank v3.

In Smash 4, Zomba was a Bayonetta and Cloud player. He was also a notable Wi-Fi Warrior in this game and was ranked 26th on the Wi-Fi Warrior Rank v2. He has defeated other Wi-Fi Warriors such as RobinGG, ShinyMark, JMafia, MASTER PUFFY, Pelca, and Horse. He has made a notable mark offline, defeating players such as Frozen, Gen, Stretch, Gunblade, Freelancer Leo, BOW, Don, and SPT. He was ranked 15th on the Staten Island All-Time Smash 4 Power Rankings.

Zomba joined Nevermore International on July 25th, 2020 and left on May 9th, 2021. On June 24th, 2022, he joined Spacestation Gaming. He parted ways with the team on April 6th, 2023.

Playstyle[edit]

Zomba is known for his high aggression with a large cast of characters that he chooses. With R.O.B., he is able to use some of R.O.B.'s best aerials, specials and tilts to win neutral, as well as waiting for the right opportunity to punish his opponent in neutral with a lot of unexpected options to take stocks quickly. He is also known for counterpicking a lot of his opponents with different characters to gain matchup experience with a certain character or to cover a lot of bad matchups R.O.B. has, mainly going Lucina, Link, Cloud, or Joker.

Zomba is also, however, known to become frustrated in unfavorable matchups or after gimp losses. This results in a deterioration of his playstyle, often leading to a set loss even if he took a lead at first.

  • Zomba is often noted for his prowess with multiple characters despite his young age, gaining 19 separate power ranked wins using many different characters.
  • Due to Zomba's consistent use of R.O.B.'s back air as a move to close out games in clutch fashion, it has been nicknamed the "Zombair". This was first referred to as such during the Smash World Tour 2021 Championships where he took set wins off of Kola, Shuton, and KEN.
  • Zomba is infamous for frequently narrowly missing out on qualifying placements for major invitationals, often by only one place:
  • Zomba and Dabuz were the focus of a PGstats video named "The Kings of New York". This video discusses the contrasting play styles of New York’s two top players.
  • Zomba is often known as the "Prince of New York" in reference to Dabuz who is known as the "King of New York". Dabuz's dominance over New York garnered him the title of king, while Zomba's more recent domination of New York led him to his title. Additionally, Zomba has won Ultimate majors (Crown the Third and GENESIS X) before Dabuz has won any.
  • Zomba is known for having a strong belief that R.O.B. is overrated despite his success with the character.
  • Zomba, along with Leffen and Tafokints, holds the record of most amount of money won in a single money match, winning $1000 in a First-to-5 set against MKBigBoss at Battle of BC 5.
