The Nintendo Badge Arcade (バッジとれ〜るセンター, Collectible Badge Center) is an application released for the Nintendo 3DS which allows 3DS owners to play a crane game to earn badges they can use to decorate their home menus. It was originally released in Japan on December 17, 2014, and later internationally in 2015. The badges offered through the service encompassed many Nintendo franchises, including Mario, Animal Crossing, Pokémon, Wario, and Splatoon. New badges ceased being added in May 2017 for Japan and June 2017 for other regions.

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[edit]

Assist Trophy[edit]

Arcade Bunny, the mascot and host of the application, is an Assist Trophy in Ultimate. When summoned, he will bring forth a claw from the application's basic crane game that will attempt to catch opponents in its grasp and carry them upwards off the screen. Captured opponents will still have the chance to shake out, similarly to the Beetle and Boss Galaga item. Like in the original game, the claw is given several plays before it runs out and the assist ends.[1]
