Nevermore International (NVR) was a professional gaming organization based in North America, founded on February 11th, 2018 as Nevermore. Nevermore International originally started in the FPS Game community, but departed and branched out into the Fighting Game community in March of 2019, including getting involved with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, having sponsored several top and high level smashers, such as Maister, Elegant, Rivers, and Zomba. It additionally employs several other smashers to cover various occupations within the team, such as content creation and graphic design. The team ceased operations as Nevermore on February 6th, 2020, but rebranded and resumed operations as Nevermore International on June 12th of the same year, and switched ownership from Justin "Odin" Derr-Carney to Dylan "Flay" Miller on December 6th, 2020. The team shut down operations on September 8th, 2025.[1]
