The Deku Nut is an item from The Legend of Zelda series. These small items may look like food, but are actually a throwable item. Once thrown at an enemy, it will stun them for a brief moment. Deku Nuts are from the Nintendo 64 game The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
