Chikorita

Chikorita (チコリータ, Chikorīta, Chicorita in original Japanese language versions) is a Pokémon that comes out of a Poké Ball.

Appearance

Chikorita is a small green Pokémon and it resembles a small green reptile. Chikorita has a row a seeds around it's neck which creates the appearance of a necklace. The most notable feature of Chikorita is the giant leaf on it's head. The leaf is used to suck in sun rays and used for Chikorita's grass attacks.

Role

Chikorita makes it's debut in the game Super Smash Brothers Melee. The attack Chikorita uses is Razor Leaf. Chikorita will start shaking it's head and send a barrage of leaves into one direction. The leaf on Chikorita's head is responsible for the Razor leaf attack. Any character who makes contact with the leaves will take damage. Chikorita's attack is brief and the attack can be avoided easily. Chikorita's attack will not harm the summoner. It was confirmed that Chikorita will make an appearance in the game Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Chikorita's attacks seems to remain identical to it's attack in Melee.
