Trivia
- Ice Climber, R.O.B. and Final Fantasy are the only universes to have no primary spirits.
- Ice Climber, Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, EarthBound and Pac-Man are the only series represented by a fighter to use in-game sprite art for their spirits.
- Ice Climber is also the only one of these in which all of its spirits are in-game sprites (not counting the Ice Climbers' alternate spirit artwork).
- Despite the Polar Bear having hand-drawn artwork on the Famicom/PAL boxart of Ice Climber, it still uses its in-game sprite for its spirit picture, instead.
- Oddly, despite there only being one Ice Climber game (outside of ports and re-releases), it is referred to as a series.
- Both Ice Climber spirits found in World of Light are found in the Realm of Light making them all associated solely with Galeem and not Dharkon in any fashion.
- Combined with Ice Climbers themselves found in the Realm of Light, no Ice Climber fighter or spirit is found under Dharkon's control.
