New Challengers 1 is a single-player event match in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. The player must choose a character and take on the first set of newcomers to the Super Smash Bros. series.
Progression[edit]
This event is unlocked by clearing Duck Hunt! and unlocking Lucina. Completing the event unlocks the up and down paths.
- Up path: Leads to Kirby's Crazy Appetite.
- Down path: Awards the Warrior trophy. Leads to Enough with the Kidnapping.
Clearing the event on normal or hard difficulty awards a Legendary Sword equipment.
