Hey there! I have been a lifelong fan of Smash since I was only 9 years old.
Origins
The year was 2019, and I was still in third grade. I already had a Wii, and owned it since 2013. That was when my parents got Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which would be the very first Smash game I played in my whole life. From then on, I chose Zelda, Peach, and Olimar as my primary mains in Brawl, with Wario, Pit, and Lucas as my secondary mains. Then, in the exact same year on my ninth, I got a Nintendo Switch, and two years later, I got Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, where I chose Isabelle, Peach, and Ryu to become my primary mains, with Inkling, Daisy, Rosalina & Luma, and Bowser Jr. as my secondary mains, and Zelda, Pit, and Wii Fit Trainer as my tertiary mains. One year later, in February 2020, I got a Nintendo 64, and got Super Smash Bros. on my Nintendo 64. Ten months later, on Christmas Day 2020, I got a Nintendo GameCube, and just a month later as the year 2021 began, I got Super Smash Bros. Melee, which would go on to become my favorite Smash game. I remained absent until Christmas 2022, where I got a Wii U, and SSB4. But, on June 2023, I retired from being a Smasher, and remained this way for two years, before ending my retirement on mid-January 2025. There were many wild changes this year so far as a Smasher, and that is the fact that I unlocked unusually more fighters in the first three Smash games than I did four years ago, and I unlocked everybody on the first one. I also have many amiibo, with the first ones being Mario, Peach, Yoshi, Daisy, and Kirby. On my 10th birthday, I got one more amiibo: Rosalina & Luma. Just a few months later, I got more amiibo, this time, they were Zelda, Luigi, Bowser Jr., Sonic, and Bowser. And finally, nearly half a decade later in May 2025, I got four new amiibo, and they were: Captain Falcon, Ness, Roy, and Falco. And finally, in June 2025, I did not just get one, but five amiibo in the same day: Marth, Duck Hunt, Young Link, R.O.B., and Mr. Game & Watch. Then, in late May 2025, I first played Smash Remix, and I grew to love the mod. When I first played it, can YOU guess who have I chosen as my primary mains? If you guessed Conker, Marth, and Ness, you are correct! Then, I chose Mario, Marina, and Falco as my secondary mains, and Captain Falcon, Young Link, and Ganondorf as my tertiary mains. By the dawn of Smash Remix 2.0, I have lost a lot of interest in Conker, which lead me to choosing Roy as my new primary main in an overwhelmingly outgoing way, considering that I was happy to see that Roy finally became playable in “Smash Remix.” I also lost interest in Young Link, so I chose Peach over Young Link, and Peach would eventually go on to become one of my super all-time favorite fighters in Smash Remix, along with Sheik, Falco, Ness, and Roy. As my username states, I love Roy SOOOOOOOO much! He has always been my favorite Fire Emblem character (and my absolute super all-time favorite Smash fighter) since I was only 14, after unlocking him in Melee, and he will always have a very special place in my heart.
