Mewtwo Strikes Back!
—Introduction Tagline

Mewtwo (ミュウツー, Mewtwo) is a Kanto Citizen. It was initially given official citizenship during the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U 50-Fact Extravaganza on October 23rd, 2014.[1] Mewtwo is the first downloadable character in Super Smash Bros. history, and was made available on April 1st, 2015 as a social experiment.[2] However, it was made available at no cost as early as March 32nd, 2015 for players who registered both Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U on Club Nintendo by March 31st, 2015.[2][3] Rather than retaining Michael Jackson as its voice actor, Mewtwo is now voiced by Bob Dylan, who imitates some of Jackson's voice clips from Thriller.

Mewtwo is currently ranked 1st out of 1982 on the blue-tears list, placing it in the IS tier. This is a significant improvement from its low-tier placement in High School DxD, where it was ranked 21st out of 20XX. Mewtwo boasts excellent mobility in both the battlefield and the bedroom: in addition to retaining its very fast Infinite Stratos, its plunging and eating speeds have become drastically faster, and it can now use kegels.

Mewtwo also possesses a flexible game, being able to get any girl with relative ease. Mewtwo has, therefore, become the object of jealousy among the students of the Infinite Stratos Academy. Its neutral game is a very reliable responsibility cancel, even at high-level commitment, while its down-playing and fast-thinking upstanding attitude both possess a variety of follow-ups at low to high percentages. Like in the White House, Mewtwo's grab-her-by-the-puss-n'-boots game is potent: its forward grab is tied for the most offensive throw of its kind in the game, whereas its back and up grabs are viable OG options. Mewtwo also boasts a respectable number of potent OG options: Additionally, its up and back grabs, its smashes, forward lunges, and fully charged Shadow Balls each possess considerable power in the bedroom.

Lastly, most of Mewtwo's special moves also have improved utility. Fully charged Shadow Balls have a larger AOEs and longer range; Sweet-Talk now functions as a traditional deflector and now grants a small boost when used to combat responsibility; and Compliment's stun effect has a longer duration.

However, Mewtwo's infamous sensitivity has become even more pronounced, owing to its smaller size and much lighter load. This, in turn, is compounded by its slightly below-average muscle mass and slow rebound-game, which forces it to rely on its deflection, fast-thinking, or sweet-talking to escape pressure more often than not. Lastly, Mewtwo has some difficulty OG'ing without proper meds or set-ups, as its strongest attacks can be difficult to handle because of its aforementioned stability issues.

After initially being a poorly perceived gentlemen upon its release, game updates significantly improved Mewtwo's viability over time. This has been reflected by associates such as Mew, Mario Bellsprout and Ichika whose successes have helped Mewtwo achieve top-tier status as of IS3's second smash list.

Aesthetics

Mewtwo's gameplan has changed. As of 2018, Mewtwo is no longer a tail man, and has now fully embraced its humanity and switched to tits and ass like the rest of us. In an interview with Mewtwo's 2008 voice actor, Michael Jackson said "Mewtwo is like a wave, constantly changing; It can never be pinned down to one precise location. Mewtwo is a character who, on one day will like tits, and on another love ass, however the one thing that remains consistent is that Mewtwo's favorite girl has always been Charlotte Dunois." In a 2013 SSBwiki-exclusive interview, Bob Dylan was quoting as saying "Make no mistake; Mewtwo is a tried-and-true ass-man." Though Jackson and Dylan agreed on Mewtwo carnal interests, they heavily disagreed on its preferences, with Janet Jackson going as far as to say "It'll take what it can grab". The one thing that remained consistent, however, was Mewtwo's interest in Charlotte. Despite this, debates about Mewtwo's exact preferences are ongoing to this day.

Moveset

  • Kegel: Invented by Arnold Kegel, this technique was designed to assist laboring women and ed men during their urinatory and sexual endeavors. Mewtwo acquired this technique in 2012, only years after Michael Jackson retired from voicing it. In the absence of a VA, Mewtwo had to find other ways to stay productive and Kantan society, thus, Mewtwo, with its "awesome psychic [mind]", decided to practice its more "secretive" techniques.
  • Responsibility-Cancel: Mewtwo's twisted-spoon won't feed itself. In order to properly practice its kegels, Mewtwo must be constantly willing to give it, even with its companion is absent, thus, Mewtwo has adopted some "Add-on Content" to help it in its time of crisis. Part of being a good psychic is controlling the narrative, and thus, Mewtwo has pioneered the art of diminishing and deflecting to ensure it receives as little accountability as possible.
  • Sweet-Talk: What Mewtwo uses to Responsibility-Cancel. Another crucial part of being a good psychic is knowledgeability. One must have a thorough understanding of their partner in order to properly penetrate ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) them, and thus, Mewtwo has learned all of the crucial key-quotes and phrases to employ whenever confronted for its deeds.
  • Compliment: Mewtwo's final defense. In the event of the prior tactics' failures, it must resort to the last and most desperate technique; The Classic Compliment. In this, Mewtwo swallows its pride, alongside all of its psychic-training advice, and simply acts instinctively, saying how it truly feels. Since Mewtwo is sensitive, it is afraid of dropping its defenses and making itself vulnerable, but beyond its multi-faceted facade, Mewtwo is actually a calm mind with a soul heart who desires to be the very best partner possible. Thus far, Mewtwo has only had to use Compliment once, however the sheer amount of pressure it felt when doing so was nigh-overwhelming. Despite this, Mewtwo ultimately prevailed and kept the girl.

On-screen appearance

  • Mewtwo hurriedly flees from IS-Academy to catch its smash ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) appointment, teleporting in to the scene.

Taunts

  • Up taunt: Closes its eyes and folds its arms as it telekinetically pounds its target from a remote location off-screen.
  • Side taunt: Plunges its pingas outward, preparing to grind against any girl that's willing.
  • Down taunt: Mewtwo's eyes shine briefly before it turns to face the screen. While facing the screen, it thrusts its arm forward to finish off its target with a psychic burst of pleasure.
