Molten Norfair (灼熱のノルフェア, Scorching Hot Norfair) is the 23rd solo event match out of a total of 41 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The player fights as Samus, who must survive the lava wave on Norfair by getting inside the safety capsule; however, she must also leave her opponents, Captain Falcon and Fox, outside of it. All players start at 300% damage, like in Sudden Death.

Trivia

  • The song used in this event is Vs. Ridley, which normally plays on Frigate Orpheon.
  • Even if the opponents are launched over the upper blast line during this event, they don't get star or screen KO'd, instead using the colorful explosion that occurs otherwise.
