Go! Triple Finish! is the eighth Event Match in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This event makes you play as Pikachu against all 3 of Pokémon Trainer's Pokémon (Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard) at the same time.

The strategy in this challenge is to focus on one Pokémon at a time.  If they all crowd around you, move to a side and focus on the closest opponent. You can also use your down smash to trap and damage more than one enemy and blast them away to give you a little space. Another way to win this match is to constantly spam Thunder, which can be very powerful KO move at high percents, but it is also useful to spread out the enemies if you hit yourself with it (using it without moving). A good combo is to use your up smash to knock the foe skyward, and hit them with Thunder as they fall above you. Using Thunder Jolt as the enemy approaches will also slow them down a little to get in some extra damage. If you are knocked off, recover using a charged Skull Bash because you can try to ram a foe as you land, and you can always use Quick Attack after the hit.

Notes
Trivia
*The respective Pokemon Trainers do not appear in this event.
*Despite the event taking place on Pokémon Stadium, the picture oddly shows the opponents on Pokémon Stadium 2. Also, while Squirtle and Ivysaur use their red and green costumes, respectively, the picture shows their default colors.
*Completing this event unlocks the Road to Viridian City (From Pallet Town/Pewter City) CD for usage on the Pokémon Stadium 2.
*The opponents' Pokémon Trainers are absent in this event. As a result, Pokémon Change cannot be used.
*This event uses the song Team Galactic Battle!! on Melee's Pokémon Stadium, which doesn't otherwise occur.
*This event uses the music track Pokémon, which usually plays on Spear Pillar, rather than on Pokémon Stadium.

Trivia
*It is interesting to note that if one tried to do this in a regular brawl (one playler starts as squirtle, one as ivysaur, etc.) , and used the 3 different pokemon of the trainer in their regular colors, they would have different color shades (light and darker shades). However, this is not the case in this event.
