Tingle (Japanese: チンクル, Chinkuru) is a character originally form The Legend of Zelda universe. Tingle is a short character that looks like a fairy. He made his debut in the game The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
In Super Smash Bros. Melee
Great Bay
Tingle appears as a common enemy in the Great Bay stage. Tingle is tied onto a balloon string and is floating over the stage. Tingle's balloon can be used as a platform. If the balloon breaks by either an attack or from standing on it too long, Tingle will be struggling in the air then fall to the ground. If a character touches the balloon while it is popping, that character will take little damage. Tingle will blow his balloon up after being on the ground for a few seconds.
Tingle can be used like an item with an Action Replay. Tingle can only appear on the Test stage though if an Action Replay is used.
