The music track for this event match is Attack, which is otherwise unavailable on Temple, normally playing on Castle Siege.

Trivia

  • Ganondorf is the only character fought in this event that does not wield a sword (outside of his down taunt). However, he uses one for his smash attacks in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
  • Since one of the players is Marth (being for P2 respectively), one of the opponents is Link, both events in Melee and Brawl take place on Temple, and both of them having a song from the Fire Emblem universe, this co-op event is a reference to the Melee event Event 41: En Garde!.
