SWT: NA West Ultimate Regional Finals was the fourth Super Smash Bros. Ultimate final for Phase Two of the Smash World Tour 2021. The eight players who qualified through the SWT: NA Southwest Ultimate Online Qualifier and the eight players who qualified through the SWT: NA Northwest Ultimate Online Qualifier were invited to this tournament. The top 6 players qualified for the Smash World Tour 2021 Championships.

The tournament was initially set to take place from September 25th-26th, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

*As Hanayome, Middy, Big D, Midnight, and Silver were unable to attend the tournament, they were replaced with  Ludo,  Erin,  JoJoDaHoBo,  Ronnichu, and  Codex.
