SWT: NA East Ultimate Regional Finals was the fifth Super Smash Bros. Ultimate final for Phase Two of the Smash World Tour 2021. The eight players who qualified through the SWT: NA Southeast Ultimate Online Qualifier and the eight players who qualified through the SWT: NA Northeast Ultimate Online Qualifier were invited to this tournament.
