Overview[edit]
Jigglypuff's down special in Smash 4 is Rest. Opponents must be touching Jigglypuff in order for Rest to connect and the attack has high endlag. However, it is an extremely powerful attack, dealing 56% damage (including the flower that opponents are afflicted with) and KOing at around 50%.

KO percents by character[edit]
These are the earliest percents Rest KOes each character at the center of Final Destination (in training mode). This assumes that the Rest is fresh, that Jigglypuff has no rage and that the opponent does not DI.
