All-Star Battle x2 is the 39th event match in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The player gets to choose which character to fight as. The player fights against the 8 remaining characters that have not been fought yet. There is a small delay each time you KO an opponent. Use this time to KO the other opponent to avoid it being a 2-on-1 battle. All of the characters are newcomers to Brawl, only two of whom (Ike and King Dedede) are starter characters.
Strategies
When 1 character is KO'd there is a slight delay before the next one comes out. Use the time to lay down a beating. Meteor smashes should be employed to finish off opponents, particulariy Lucario. Many of the fighters have slow movement and/or attacks so it is easy to outpace the opponents and start a combo whilst they recover

- The stage played on is Skyworld, but the music played is Menu 1.
